Biografie:

• For as long as I can remember, I always wanted to be a Teacher. I’m Miss M.
• I have a Bachelor degree in Arts (Languages) in Romania and a Bachelor of Education at Kingston, Ontario. I have more than 20 years of experience as a teacher at all grades from primary to High School in Romania and Canada. During my teaching experience I attended various Professional Development  trainings and workshops on innovative pedagogies such as UDL or Positive Discipline.
• My philosophy in quite simple – I believe in children. From the teachers I admired and respected, I learned that the most important ingredient in the teaching profession is LOVE: love of children, love of being in the classroom, love of being challenged and love of making a difference.
• I consider that Visual Arts are a vitally important link to increase academic success through the advancement of a child’s creativity, language and motor skills, critical thinking, and cultural awareness.
  It’s an honour for me to be part of Transylvania  International School’s  team.
